In recent days, messages have been circulating on social networks that residents of apartment buildings may be left without heating due to their neighbors’ debts.

However, Veolia Energy Uzbek denied these claims and issued an official statement, stating: “Information about utility services being disconnected due to neighbors’ debts is not true.”

The company notes that each consumer uses services individually on a contractual basis and will not be disconnected from heat due to debts of other citizens.
Veolia Energy Uzbek also stated that it is attentive to the problems of residents and takes all necessary measures to ensure a stable and uninterrupted supply of heat.
The company calls on citizens to trust only official sources and refrain from disseminating unverified information.
“Together we will create comfortable living conditions in our city,” the company’s official statement says.
